6 sequential milestones from contract to delivered videos. Each step has a deadline, an owner, and a clear handoff.
Onboarding
A working session within the first week of your initial billing cycle. We dig into your brand, your audience, your goals and your competitors' best work, and lock the inputs we need to start ideating. This step only happens once.
Content Ideas
Within three business days of the onboarding meeting we deliver a content slate — hooks, formats, the whole 16-video plan for the cycle. You give feedback, we lock the slate, and move into scripts.
Scripts
Within four business days of the ideas meeting we deliver detailed scripts including the strategic posting order. You review and approve every script before a single video is shot.
You Send Footage
You have seven business days from the scripts meeting to deliver raw footage for at least 14 of the 16 videos. Smaller batches push the timeline by a week — the ½-allocation minimum is what keeps production flowing.
Edited Videos Delivered
We return at least 14 completed, posting-ready videos within seven business days of receiving footage. Two minor revisions per video are included. Then we either post on your behalf or hand them over for you to publish — your call.
